The nose shows the vanillan characters of the new American oak puncheons it was aged in. The mouthfeel and texture of this Chardonnay is long, luxurious and very well balanced. | 2010 Reserve Riesling All from our own Parola’s vineyard. Low yielding vines on sensational deep red loam soil gives us a wine with great delicacy and finesse. Rieslings are all about delicate citrus tones of limes with a fine long finish of acidity. We use very gentle pressing and an extended cold fermentation to enhance these characters. Great to enjoy now or cellar for a few years. 11.5% alcohol. |
