have used classic French techniques to highlight the body and

2007 Reserve Chardonnay
Our style
of Chardonnay is unashamedly big and oaky. Ripe fruit salad
characters of peach, melons and pineapple are on the palate. The
nose shows the vanillan characters of the new American oak puncheons
it was aged in. The mouthfeel and texture of this Chardonnay is
long, luxurious and very well balanced. Cellar 3 - 5 years. 13%

2009 Cellar Door Cleanskin
This is a Shiraz (60%), Durif (20%) and Cabernet (20%) blend. Red berries and fruits on the nose with good mid palate and length. Some nice toasty oak and perfume from the Cabernet. Lovely weight and depth, this shows a hint of restraint and elegance. Cellar 1 - 2 years. 15.5% alcohol.

This is our very first Zin! Wild heady cherries, raspberries and spice, medium weight in structure, very soft tannins, some nice vanilla American oak and a gorgeous long rich palate. All from our own Parola's vineyard, the deep red clay soils are shown in the concentration and colour. Zinfandels are meant for easy drinking over the next few years. Cellar 2 - 3 years

low yielding Shiraz from both our Rutherglen and Parola's vineyards,

for. Aged in new American oak (20%) and one year old French/American
puncheons for 10 months, the oak adds balance and weight to the
