Upon receipt of your subscription, a Membership card will be sent to you. Your Membership card will have a Membership number, which must be quoted when ordering wine over the phone or fax to receive your 10% discount on purchases and receive discounts on freight.
If paying by cheque or money order a Renewal Advice will be sent to you as your Membership becomes due to expire.
Alternatively, if paying by credit card we can keep your details and process them automatically when Membership is due for renewal and a receipt will be forwarded to you for your records. An Authority is on the Membership Application Form should you wish to have Membership renewed automatically by credit card payment. Should you wish to cancel Membership at any time, all you have to do is contact us and Membership will cease and credit card details will be destroyed.
